Volunteer Requirements

Please be aware that in order to volunteer on MBUSD campuses during the school year there is a set of requirements that the district requires you to do prior to being approved. All volunteers need to complete an application which is approved by the principal, complete a Live Scan background check (note that if you have done a Live Scan through another organization it is not accepted; you must do one for MBUSD), and have a TB test result (which is good for 4 years). You can refer to the MBUSD Volunteer Handbook, along with district instructions to register as a volunteer and receive a fingerprinting appointment. MBMS encourages all those interested in volunteering to complete the process as soon as possible.
