Welcome Back 8th Grade Parents!

We are so excited for our kids’ 8th grade year and can’t wait to get started on the planning for this year’s events. We want to update you with information regarding the 8th Grade promotion activities and hopefully answer any questions you might have.


8th Grade Details

The 8th Grade Promotion Ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 14th in the evening. This is a memorable night for our graduates and their families. Throughout the year we will send out information and reminders for yearbook ads, baby pictures, promotion, 8th grade dance and much more.


Donation Per Student

$48 dollars per student is suggested to cover sound equipment, photography, programs, and decorations for the Promotion Ceremony. This donation will also cover the cost of food, entertainment and decorations for the 8th grade dance and celebration. 

 

Donation can be made by Check or online.


Any additional donation will help make the night even more special and is greatly appreciated!


Please note: We ask for this donation up front so that we can determine our budget for the event. This is a voluntary donation amount to cover all costs associated with the Promotion Party and Celebration.
